Craftsmanship Warranty:
We offer a one-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. This includes broken chains, loose prongs, faulty clasps, and structural issues—not resulting from misuse or impact.
Finish Quality:
Each piece is quality-checked for smooth finishes, clean settings, and polish. Minor imperfections caused during production are covered under this warranty.

Filing a Warranty Claim
Contact support@virtuscollective.com with your order number and issue description.
Our team will guide you through the inspection process.
If a covered issue is confirmed, your piece will be repaired or replaced at no cost.
