#2FOLLOW UP

Our team will follow up with an email to refine the details, designs, and diamond choices. Based on your timeline, we'll discuss your vision, present initial options, and provide estimated pricing to help guide your decision.

#3SELECTION & PRICING

If you're ready to purchase within 30-45 days, our expert team will personally handpick 3-5 of our finest diamonds exclusively for you. With years of experience and trusted relationships with ethical vendors, our selection process goes beyond the standard 4Cs.

We'll provide you with detailed diamond specifications, close-up videos, and a complete package including pricing and your preferred setting.

#4INITIAL DEPOSIT

After selecting your diamond and deciding to proceed, a 60% deposit is required to secure your order, which will be applied toward the total purchase. At this stage, we’ll finalize all details, including the setting and diamond specifications. (International clients are required to make full payment upfront.)

#5CRAFTING & PRODUCTION

Our process takes 6-8 weeks to handcraft your piece with precision. Every piece is built to last a lifetime and is never mass-produced. Matching side stones to perfection is something we take pride in!

#6FINAL PAYMENT

Your ring is complete! We'll provide you with photos and videos of the finished piece, and once you’re fully satisfied, we’ll request the remaining 40% balance to finalize your order.

#7DELIVERY

We’ll contact you via email to arrange a delivery date, ensuring that you or another adult is available to sign for the insured package. (We ship via FedEx Priority Overnight within the U.S., or 3-10 business days depending on location.) When you open the box, we’re confident you’ll love your piece! Be sure to share your experience and leave a review to help support our woman-owned small business and reach more customers!
